You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
LICENSE
Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent contact providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company as follows:
(a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED You may only use each individual product on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase same template once more in order to make another project with the same design
(b) MODIFICATIONS You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
(c) UNAUTHORIZED USE You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
(d) ASSIGNABILITY You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from web4creations.com.
(e) OWNERSHIP You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers or web4creations.com
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
PACKAGES
Depending on the purchased package being Silver, Bronze or Gold the setup Fee includes up to 5 pages for $299.00, 7pages for 399.00 or 10 pages for 499.00, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED FOR any content and pictures not provided by customer. Customer must provide:
(a) Customer will be asked to provide pictures in jpeg format
(b) Customer will be asked to provide content for a fee Web 4Creations will help to create content
The actual package price includes:
(a) Custom Domain Name (www.yourname.com) a $19.95 value
(b) MONTHLY Rollover Bandwidth
(c) 30 Free email accounts
(d) Up to 30 minutes per month to maintain your site changes and updates a $75.00value FREE! every month.
Customer will be provided a final version for approval and must make all changes at that time. Additional changes can be requested for a fee. Client will receive up to 30 minutes per month for updates and revisions. Updates and revisions must be submitted to Web 4Creations by the 5thof each month to be included in the following month. Web 4 Creations will advise client in writing of the time involved for all requests if it will take more then 30 minutes. Time is not accumulated and does not carry over month to month.
Hosting
All packages are required to be hosted with Web 4 Creations or it's approved hosting site for a minimum of twelve (12) months. Templates remain the property of Web 4 Creations for those twelve months after which time the license for use will be turned over to the customer for a fee of $200.00. The customer may then continue to host with Web 4 Creations or transfer the Web Site to any other hosting service for a fee of $200.00.
If client wishes to not use the hosting services of Web 4 Creations they are not eligible for a template package and should refer to our Full Web Development section of this website. Web Templates may be purchased and not be hosted by Web 4 Creations, please email us for price quotes.
Customer may either agree to monthly recurring charges for hosting or an annual charge for hosting. The 12 month annual hosting fee includes 1 free month and the 24 month hosting fee includes 2 months free hosting and is the best value.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date
ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes or a longer term (up to 24 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
